What we collect
When you request a review, we collect your name, email address, phone number, selected property address and coordinates, homeownership confirmation, and contact permission. We save the permission wording and acceptance time, your roof-screening result when available, and campaign labels such as Instagram that explain how you found the site.
If you choose to personalize your results, we also store your average monthly electric bill and the resulting estimate. If you upload a bill, we store the document or image and your upload permission. Bills may include account information, charges, and usage history.
How we use it
A solar expert from Lucky Dog uses these details to review your home, contact you by phone or email about solar options, keep follow-up notes, and understand which campaigns generate requests. Submitting a request does not authorize automated calls or marketing texts. Your details are not displayed publicly.
Optional bill uploads are stored privately for manual review and solar proposal preparation before follow-up. They are not automatically analyzed. The electricity-use estimate uses your entered monthly amount and a dated EIA state-average retail price, not information extracted from your upload.
Services that support the check
Our hosting and database providers process data to run this site. Address search uses Google Maps Places. The address and coordinates from your selected suggestion are used for Google Solar analysis; the typed search text is not geocoded again. Completed review requests and their roof results are also saved in Lucky Dog’s private Google Sheet for follow-up. Regional sunlight comparisons may use NASA POWER with coarse geographic coordinates; your name, email, and phone are not sent for those comparisons. Contact data is not sold through this site.
Storage and access
Uploaded bills are stored in private file storage and can be downloaded only through the owner’s authenticated lead inbox. Requests are stored in a private database and the designated Lucky Dog lead spreadsheet, accessible to authorized operators. The owner may export records to follow up on your request. Records are retained as needed to manage the review and the relationship, unless deletion is requested or another obligation requires retention. Temporary hashed request identifiers help limit misuse; this site does not add advertising pixels.
Your choices
You can ask us to stop contacting you or request access, correction, or deletion using the form below. We may need to verify your identity before releasing or deleting information. You can also tell the person who contacts you to stop. Requests submitted here are reviewed by the owner; submitting a deletion request does not immediately erase records.
